About Our Company
We, Nathalia & Juan, decided to work with homeowners to help them generate extra income by leasing their properties for six to twelve month terms to provide our vetted and verified list of guests with short stays in our locality.
It all started with a neglected old house in the city of Hollywood that we wanted to call home. After buying it, we worked hard to make it beautiful inside and out. But soon we realized the space was too big for us and we decided to rent a section of our property and offer others the feeling of being at home during their travels.
We were really successful in welcoming guests from all over the world and friends and family started asking us how to rent unused spaces for extra income. Realizing that managing properties is a lot of work, they pondered if we could partner with them to make spaces beautiful and attractive to guests.
Today we count with a great team of professional cleaners, handymen, interior designers and property owners to offer guests from all over the world the wonderful experience of "feeling like being at home".

Our guests are vetted, pet free, non-smokers and typically stay for 1-7 nights max.

Unlike long term tenants, your property will be deeply cleaned after every guest checks out.

There is no fee to work with us. We sign 6-12 month leases and provide deposits as any other tenant would.

Our team of handymen help keep your property in great shape (no late night calls for clogged toilets).
